About PDP Assist Management Development Planner

The Management Development Planner comprises of four assessments, each of which deals with a different aspect of management.

  • Personal Competencies helps managers to identify the values, beliefs and attitudes that are at the heart of excellence in management.

  • Leading and Relating helps in the development of leadership and interpersonal relationships.

  • Managing for Results deals with both the management of people and organisations.

  • Legal Requirements and Processes - Getting them right, helps managers assess their confidence, knowledge and understanding of the very many complex legal issues that go hand in hand with running and organising a business.

    Through these you can assess your own management skills and identify areas of strengths and weaknesses. When PDP Assist identifies areas of weakness, you are given advice and exercises on strengthening that area and offered learning modules that have been compiled by the Management Charter Initiative. Once you have read these modules you can then reassess yourself and measure your improvement.
